Code 1 The relationship you think you need to sell is different than the relationship the buyers need to buy.

Code 4 When you discover and understand the problem they are having, only then can you present how what you have can solve it

Code 5 Create the emotional state needed that gets your logical point accepted.

Code 7 Sell on price… die poor. Your leverage is what you can do not what it will cost.

Code 8 You will succeed when someone has the need for what you have, the ability to get it and the desire to take action. Not before.

Code 10 Closing happens when the persuader notices the client is ready… not when the persuader beats them to death.
